After several months of work, PXL Creations is proudly releasing Faith, a new skin line with the addition of two new skin tones, Olive and Ebony.

Olive and Ebony have been added to create more options and greater flexibility for women to find the skin that suits them best.

The basic skin package comes with Dark, Medium and Light Eyebrows, a regular hairbase and buzzcut hairbase tattoo, three cleavage options with and without freckles and a tattoo for full-body freckles.

There are 15 lip tattoos and 11 eye shadows that you can purchase individually or in self-designed fatpacks. As always, there’s a 10% discount for VIP Group members.

Sopha Portal has put out skins for both men and women at the Skin Addiction Skin Showcase. I am showing, of course, her men’s skin.

I would call this more an alterna-skin. It’s got that great hand-drawn alternative look that some guys really want. I didn’t do much here—threw some hair on, a sweater and jeans. This is the kind of skin that likes a casual look. I am guessing some guys could do a lot in making a unique and awesome avatar with this as a base.

I am trying a seductive look here, but it’s hard in this skin and outfit. I look like my little brother, Blake. I am guessing he could do this better than I did.

I show a backshot so you can see the full skin. And below a variety of face types, including freckles and none and eyeliner and none. It comes in three subtly different tones.

The Skin Showcase for Skin Addiction is coming up soon and I got a chance to see the sim.

We took photos at lots of great vistas around the sim, which has been decorated in a natural motif so all the attention goes to the skins. The skins are on easels around the sim for ease of viewing—it’s pretty cleverly done. Each skin maker has made an exclusive skin for the event and several are offering discounted or gifted skins for Skin Addiction members (join at secondlife:///app/group/254db099-7966-1350-5766-c977fb2da5b3/about).

You know how I do this… I strip down to nothing so you can see the details of the skin and finally give you a close up of the face. In this case I am wearing the skin that is being offered by Zanzo, a well drawn skin with options for shaved or pubic hair. He puts these great eyes with it too.

Don’t tell Voshie I stripped on her sim. I just had to see a man about a horse….

Egoisme at Skin Addiction’s Skin Showcase

The Skin Addiction Skin Showcase will feature some of the finest skins on the grid for women AND men starting May 25 and going through June 10. I will be showing you the best of men’s skins at Skin Addiction.

In this set I am doing the slow reveal with this skin from Egoisme. The newest skin from Egoisme combines manliness from top to bottom with great touches like dimples, many tattoo options for mustaches, beards, etc., and a choice of body hair to turn your partner on.

When I strip my shirt off you can see the fine details of the skin, from the impeccable abs to the highly detailed arms.

Getting a little more intimate, you can see how Egoisme’s skins pay attention to every detail of the male body, including a well-draw and muscular back and gluteals with even the palms of the hands detailed.

The face is handsome with dimples and well groomed brows. A variety of facial hair pieces that can be worn on the tattoo layer (and a large group that can be tinted via SL tools so you can match them to your hair exactly). A set of the beards are exotically shaved to match tribal tattoos. And he includes teeth with several alpha layers that allow for mouth partings to show the teeth.
